Shipping policy

At Enchanted Prints, we print and ship every order from right here in the UK. That means faster delivery, higher quality control, and prints that arrive in perfect condition.

Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard UK delivery on every order. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Production Times

All of our prints are made to order on premium 200gsm paper. Orders are typically printed and dispatched within 1-3 working days of being placed. Larger sizes (A2 and A1) may occasionally take an extra day to produce.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 2-5 working days.

Please note these are estimates. Couriers can occasionally experience delays due to weather or busy periods.

Tracking

Every order comes with tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the print facility.

Packaging

A4 and A5 prints are shipped flat in rigid, protective mailers. A3, A2, and A1 prints are shipped in heavy-duty cardboard tubes to prevent any damage in transit.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please get in touch within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll either reprint and reship your order free of charge, or issue a full refund - no questions asked.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. International delivery is coming soon - sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch.
